Since June, 1920 Chairman of the Bashkir Military Revolutionary Committee. since July Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the Bashkir Cent­ ral Executive Committee and Council of People’s Commissars of the ASBR, Member of the Presidium of the Bashkir Obl. Committee of the RCP(b), since October Chairman of the Presidium of the Bashkir Central Executive Committee. Since 1921, Representative of the ASBR at the Russian Central Executive Committee (Moscow).
