TRUCK-MOUNTED  CONCRETE PUMPS

TRUCK-MOUNTED  CONCRETE PUMPS. T.-m.c.p. have been produced in Bashkortostan by the Tuymazy Ready­ Mix Truck Plant (unique in Russia) since 1980. They are designed to receive freshlymixed concrete from purpose-built transportation vehicles, and to deliver it horizontally and vertically to the concrete placement point, with a concrete distribution boom to a height of 21–45 m, or through a stationary concrete pipe to a length of up to 150 m. The required boom rotation angle is provided by a hydraulic motor-driven device. They are used for concrete placement in the process of erection of high solid concrete buildings and structure, as well as in the construction of bridges, mines, etc.
