ADIGAMOV,  Mukhametdin  Kamaletdinovich

ADIGAMOV,  Mukhametdin  Kamaletdinovich [5.7.1892, Derevnya Yuluk of Orsky Uyezd of Orenburg Gub. (Baymaksky Raion of the RB) – 8.12.1937, Ufa], Member of the Bashkir National Movement. Brother of  A.K.Adigamov.  Between  September 1918  –  February  1919  at  the  Bashkir Government. Between May—August 1919 Secretary of the Council of Commissioners of the Bashrevkom, since 1922 People’s Comissar of BASSR Workers’ and Peasants’ Inspection,  simultaneously,  Chairman  of the Arbitration Committee under the BASSR Council of People’s Commissars and Deputy Chairman of the BASSR Council of People’s Commissars. Between 1923—25, People’s Commissar of Social Security of the BASSR. Between 1925—37, Chairman of the BASSR Central Land Committee, Deputy Dir. of Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant. In 1937, he was  subjected  to  political  purges  and executed by shooting. Rehabilitated in 1956.
